Deliveries
We ship orders outside Sweden by DHL. Goods leave us within 2 workingdays after your order is received. Delivery time for sending goods to the foreign address will be added to the total leadtime and depends on which country the goods will be shipped to.
Shipping costs for international deliveries in the EU are 149 SEK including VAT (119,20 excluding VAT).
Shipping cost for international deliveries outside the EU is 379 SEK including VAT (303,2 SEK excluding VAT).
In the cart you can see the total price including shipping.

If something happens that delays delivery, we will notify you by phone or e-mail.


Returns and refunds for products sent outside Sweden
You have the right to return your order within 14 days. Please note that the item must be unused, in saleable condition, and returned in its original packaging with all hang tags attached.

In the form, please provide your email address, order number, and the reason for your return.

Please enclose the packing slip with your return and use the return label included with your order. Once we have received and approved the returned item, we will refund the order value less the original shipping cost.


Claim
We are reviewing and packing ourselves but sometimes it may be wrong. If it turns out that the product is defective or otherwise incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@shyness.se. It is important that you contact us before returning the product. When the complaint is approved, we will first replace the wrong item with a new one, or if the item is out of stock, we will refund the amount you have paid for the item.

We reserve the right to correct any incorrect information regarding price and delivery time. We reserve ourselves for possible errors in product information and because images do not always accurately reflect the actual appearance of the products, for example, the color of the products may depend on the type of display and its setting.


Transport damage
If the goods have been damaged during transport, this must be notified at the place of delivery. Should you not discover the damage until you come home, contact us immediately. If a product is damaged or lost when you return it to us, you are responsible for this.

Prices quoted are SEK including VAT.
Foreign payments can be made by card, Google Pay or Apple Pay through Kustom, according to below. 

Kustom Checkout Solution for countries outside Sweden
Shyness Interior use Kustom Checkout to manage your purchase at our store. The Kustom Checkout is an independent checkout solution provided by Kustom AB through which payment methods and delivery options are available.

Kustom is not a bank and does not process payments directly, Kustom provides the interface and logic that displays the applicable payment methods.

When you use the checkout to complete your purchase, you will be offered different payment methods. These payment methods are processed by separate providers, depending on the payment method you select when you finalise your purchase. For the payment, you are redirected to a payment service provider, such as Card payment, Apple Pay or Google pay, where the purchase is completed.

In order to make your shopping experience effortless, the Kustom Checkout includes automatic filling of your information if you saved your information or previously entered your information in the Kustom Checkout.

Kustom will not perform any credit check, instead that may be performed by the payment method you have selected to pay for your purchase.

By clicking “Pay Purchase” in the checkout, You agree to Shyness Interior’s terms, the Kustom’s terms of use, and acknowledge Kustom’s Privacy Notice.

Stripe
Stripe securely processes all payments made through Kustom Checkout. This applies to all the available payment methods. Stripe is regulated in Europe and is authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland (reference number: C187865) as an electronic money institution (EMI). It is legally permitted to issue electronic money, execute payment transactions, issue payment instruments, and acquire payment transactions. Available Payment Methods
Through Kustom Checkout, you may be offered the following payment methods:
 
Cards
You can pay using debit or credit cards from Visa and Mastercard.
 
The payment is securely processed by Stripe via the Kustom checkout solution. All card information is transmitted encrypted and processed according to the PCI DSS security standard. Kustom never stores your card information.
 
Apple Pay
If you use a compatible Apple device, you can pay with Apple Pay. Payments are verified using Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode.
Apple Pay uses a secure payment token instead of your actual card number, which means that neither Shyness Interior, Kustom nor Stripe ever see your full card number.

Apple Pay relies on your browser’s or device’s built-in capabilities and normally does not place its own cookies on our website.
 
Google Pay
With Google Pay, you can pay using the cards stored in your Google Wallet.

Google Pay uses tokenization and multiple layers of security (such as encryption and biometric verification or PIN). Your actual card number is never shared with Shyness Interior, Kustom nor Stripe.

To display the Google Pay button, a technical script is loaded from Google. This may use technical cookies or local storage for fraud prevention.

Security for Payments
All payments made through Kustom Checkout are fully encrypted and comply with European security requirements, including PSD2 and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA).

Security for Card Payments
Kustom does not store your card information. All card information is encrypted (SSL) and processed by the payment providers in accordance with PCI DSS standards. Strong Customer Authentication (e.g., 3D Secure, BankID) may also apply depending on the payment method you have selected.

Cancelled orders online
If your order has been cancelled because not all products were available in the store or in Shyness Interior’s warehouse, the funds will be refunded to you via Kustom. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the original order. Refunds are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Privacy and Cookies
Kustom may use a cookie to autofill your personal details (such as name, address, or ID number) during checkout, based on information you’ve chosen to save. This data can be retrieved from us or our partners. You can disable autofill at any time, either by adjusting your settings during purchase, contacting us, or deleting cookies from your device.

Kustom, Stripe, and each payment method act as separate data controllers for their respective processing activities.

Shyness Interior never store card numbers or card information.

Handling of personal data
We only store the information that is necessary in our seller-customer relationship for deliveries. We never leave without your approval details to third parties. The data entered in conjunction with card purchases is handled according to above. No such data is stored by us.


Cookies and how they are used
This website (Shyness Interior) uses cookies to analyze traffic and ad measurement. Find below information about how they are used.

Necessary cookies: Store data needed for the service to work, for example to store language settings, put items in the card and place orders. Necessary cookies are always on.

Functional cookies: Enhances the functionality of the service and can provide tools where your selected settings are saved on your device. Some features will be disabled if you do not allow this.

Analytical cookies: Allows us to collect statistics and analyse how the service is used, which helps us to adapt and improve the service. If you agree, we may process personal data collected.

Marketing cookies: Allows us to collect information about how you use the service in order to provide a more relevant and personalised experience. This means that we may share information with other parties.

GPSR General Product Safety Regulation
General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) is an EU regulation that came into effect on December 13, 2024. It ensures that products sold within the EU are safe for consumers. The regulation sets out essential safety requirements as well as requirements for labeling, testing, and documentation for all products.

Products added to Shyness’ assortment since the regulation came into effect have undergone a risk assessment, which is documented through our internal procedures and stored for 10 years. A summary of the documentation is that we assess our products to be safe when used as intended. Our products are intended for use by adults.
